Depuis le 2 octobre 1968, le prestige du Sardine Factory a transformé un repas dans l'historique Cannery Row en une véritable institution pour les dirigeants du monde, les plus grand sportifs et les icônes du spectacle. Ses chefs primés préparent de délicieuses créations de fruits de mer frais et durables ainsi que du bœuf de qualité USDA maturé à sec. Le restaurant a également remporté le prix de « La meilleure carte des vins des États-Unis » du magazine Restaurant Hospitality. Les spectacles, la happy hour et les menu abordables du salon représentent une alternative décontractée aux autres salles à manger. Le restaurant célèbre sa 47ème année sous la même direction et le même propriétaire !

Great experience, from the moment we got there. We got there a little earlier so we got a couple of espresso Martinis and was just enough time before we got our table. This time we sat at the garden. Beautiful area!

Both the food and service were great, especially the sommelier, he was amazing. I loved the ambiance, except that we were seated near the server station, which was a very busy area. At least ten people bumped into my right side during dinner.

Someone named I believe Ted was rule and continued this throughout our meal. Heard he was owners son. Accused me of being told not to return two months prior. I told him I had not been there in two years. He changed the date to December 2022. I further explained that I had never been there in December. He made this a totally horrible experience

The reason I rated the wait staff as 3 stars is because when asked for recommendations they really wouldn’t provide any feedback ( they said it’s all on personal preference) and they seemed very disinterested

Sardine Factory is an upscale, old school dining experience. We sat.in the Conservatory, a glass enclosed room, on a stormy Thursday night. The service was 5 star, as was the food. The cost was on the high side of fair. We would eat at the Sardine Factory again.

Service was impeccable. Everyone was so attentive. The wine steward/ sommelier was fantastic, as was everyone who served us. Food was great!

Excellent restaurant, a great place to stop at if in the area. Quintessentially unique items on the menu, such as Abalone bisque. They do a great clam chowder as well. Dessert menu is large and full of great selections. The captain’s room and conservatory is a beautiful and well crafted space that stands testament to the establishment longevity! An overall great dining experience and fair prices!

The food was superb! Service was perfect. Don was our server and the gentleman that filled the waters and ran food, both made it a smooth and wonderful experience. Don was friendly and professional and made the meal a fun one! Drinks were spot on, and all the steaks were cooked to perfection. Finished with the bon bons which were a fun experience and tasted so good! The musician was awesome! It was lively and lighthearted and people just had so much fun!
