The server had left menus with specials on the table but didn’t know anything about them. We ordered a children’s chicken Parmesan which was very very spicy for a child. We requested salt and pepper which weren’t on the table and never received. The Angus burger was served Luke warm and much less tasty than on precious visits. Why were both the whitefish and Walleye fish selections both crusted in pistachio? We had the Walleye which was mediocre at best. Overall quite disappointing compared to several previous visits.

Not our favorite trio to Saranellos this time. The new layout of the restaurant and Sunday brunch is not aesthetically pleasing. We didn’t see any of the regular hosts or waiters which was disappointing because we really enjoy interacting with them. Austin was our server this time. Seems new. He was attentive when we could find him, which we had to look several times. He brought our bill out less than an hour later which if they know anything about us, it’s that we aren’t leaving that early. The only thing bringing it early did was limit the revenue we would have brought them by getting our normal beverages later into the brunch. We had to go to the bar 4 times to request beverage replenishment which has never been the case at this restaurant. Overall, on a satisfaction level, this brunch barely met “passing”. I would still recommend them and Austin definitely could’ve used some more help on the floor so he deserves another go as well. Hopefully when we decide to dine there again we’ll have the exceptional experience that we have always had previous times.

We dined at Saranello’s this weekend. We were greeted at the host stand and sat immediately with our OpenTable reservation. Everyone in our party of 4 was very happy with the food and service. During our dinner one of the managers Ari stopped by to say hello and check on our satisfaction. We told him the service from Mike B was excellent as was the food. We will definitely be returning back to Saranello’s very soon.

We went on a Saturday night at 6pm and it was quite busy (and a bit loud, but to be expected). Service was great and the food was amazing (portions were a little small, but to be expected with fine dining). The atmosphere was very nice and it was an enjoyable and cozy dinner experience. Our food came out a little late and the waitress felt bad, we didn’t mind, we were there to enjoy our time and were not in a rush. She offered us complimentary dessert because of that, which was very generous and we didn’t even ask for it. I would definitely dine here again.

The entire experience was warm and welcoming, and we felt special the entire time. The food was delicious and required no added salt or pepper to taste. It was all perfect. My partners shrimp was tender and my whitefish literally melted my mouth. It was a special night for us and everything we experienced just enhanced our special night thank you so much for all you do

Surprisingly under par for Lettuce Entertain You. Minestrone soup was heavily salted to the point of being inedible. Chicken limone came swimming in sauce that was too heavy. Desserts were good. Service was average. Bussers were throwing down plates all over the restaurant; very noisy.

The Supper Club offering at $24.95 for a 3-course meal was wonderful. We had their minestrone soup, parmesan stuffed mushrooms for starters which were delicious. For our second course, we enjoyed the eggplant parmesan and the pistachios-crusted white which came with brussel sprouts slaw. The lemon cookies and chocolate mascarpone pie were a terrific finish to our dinner.

Venue is lovely and clean. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Timing was excellent and food was delicious. We had an early dinner so noise level was good. By the time we left, it was getting noisy.
