I’m a loyal Lettuce eater. This was the first real miss. Waiter was harried and rushed. My husband’s water glass had lettuce in it. Our salads didn’t come out 20 minutes after we ordered them. It was difficult to get the waiter’s attention. When we did, he questioned; “didn’t they come right out?” Well, if they did, why would I be asking? We asked ahead of time for the salad to be split. It wasn’t. Naturally, our food came immediately after. I said something to the man delivering the food. He replied, “I’m just the runner.” Aren’t the employees all part of the same team? We had to ask for more bread. Had to ask for the dishes to be cleared. My friend’s fish was sent back twice for not being cooked to her liking. Mgr did take that off the bill. Not one of your finest! Disappointing!

We love Saranello. I wish they would bring back the dishes that they used to have...pizza, chicken vesuvius, chicken with peppers...

Our service was the worst I've ever had there - very disappointing, our waiter, we felt like he almost ignored us. Took a long time to place our order - asked for refills (never got it) 2 other tables were sat after us and were taken care of before us.

Our party was sat immediately by the hostess Liz who was very pleasant and professional The food was very good and served in generous portions. Our server Mike B was very friendly and accommodating. One of the managers Ari stopped by our table to check on the food and service. The service and pleasant atmosphere is one of the reasons we stop by Saranello’s as often as we can.

Our waiter Bobby was excellent. He was very personable and his service was outstanding. Great asset to the restaurant!!!

This is our go to restaurant for special celebrations. Food was outstanding. Obviously made with care and was delicious. The service however was subpar. We waited a while after being sat for a server. There were very few tables sat as they were not very busy. Our drink order was taken and what seemed like a long time, the drinks came and the server departed. Other tables were sat and orders taken. We made eye contact with the server and he came over and asked what we needed and I stated to order food. He said ok and would be right back??? Order was taken and the server brought food out a bit later and that was the last we saw until the bill. Our drinks were empty (except water as a passing assistant refilled those). Another drink with our entrees would have been nice. It was definitely a lower than standard service than we were used too.
