Sammy G’s Tuscan Grill is located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs and near some of the city’s most quaint shops and hotels.

Established in 2009, Sammy G’s has is open seasonally for Sammy's weekend Brunch and lunch with an innovative menu, blending traditional Italian with California cuisine. Take a break from shopping and dine al fresco for lunch on the newly renovated patio and soak up the gorgeous desert weather, or venture inside and be transported to Tuscany with the restaurant’s rustic charm.

Dinner becomes a casual yet elegant event, and traditional Italian favorites mixed with updated classics are on the menu. A semi-private room is available for family gatherings or business events.

On Thursday through Saturday nights, the Sammy G’s Lounge becomes an energetic yet intimate place to meet up with friends and dance the night away to live music and enjoy Sammy G’s signature cocktails.

    I had the chicken Parmesan with the side of fettuccine, and I felt the sauce was lackluster and in taste. The chicken seemed to be overcooked as well. My husband had The linguine with mussels and clams which he said was good. That’s my main complaint with the restaurant. The service was very good and attentive, and they even gave free biscotti and amaretto as a complementary ending to the meal.

    My partner and I shared the lasagna and a pizza - it was delicious! We sat in the patio outside, super comfortable! Food and service amazing! Would highly recommend and will return!

    Mixed review. We had reserved an outdoor table but for some reason Open Table didn’t share that info with them? So I would suggest confirming that ahead of time. It wasn’t a huge issue because they were able to seat us outside. But if you’re coming on a really busy night and want outside…call to confirm. Our waiter Carlos was top notch! And the atmosphere was beautiful. Heat lamps were at a perfect temp. Food was mostly good. Not exceptional- but good! We had a party of 4- one appetizer, 4 meals, 2 glasses of wine and 2 beers- $175. Not bad we thought- so good value. Would return again.

    Been dining here for years. Last two dinners were not up to normal standards for Sammy G’s. They seem to be having issues in the kitchen. Service was good as usual but food was cold.

    Would definitely dine here again. We had the steak and the special of sea bass; both were outstanding. The waiter was attentive and professional. It was a lively night at the restaurant with all the tables full - not a place to go if you're looking for a quiet evening which we were not :) Highly recommend!

    Thank you team for another great meal! Calamari to start was perfect! The Capone cocktail always mixed to perfection. Filet Mignon perfectly cooked. My daughter’s favorite:penne vodka delicious as usual. Thank you!

    Had lunch. Very nice and attentive wait staff. Food and drink were fabulous. Loved the salmon and the caesar salad, the bread was warm and appealing. Nice to have tablecloths and linen for a comfy indoor lunch experience.
