Everything was perfect. The setting, the staff and the food was fantastic. The veal was so tender and the portions were big. Of course took the leftovers home. The Straciatella soup was delicious as was the shrimp cocktail. We had cheesecake for dessert which was fantastic. We shared it and couldn’t finish it. The piano player adds a nice touch.

Service was fine but the food was not as we had hoped. There were four of us and none of us were completely happy with our meal. We heard great things about Sambuca but we will not make a return visit

As always everything was fabulous. I had the chicken special that was soooooo good. Our waitress is so pleasant. Along with the pleasant staff, the piano player adds a nice touch. I already made reservations for Valentine’s Day.

Love Sambuca, my favorite restaurant in Scranton!! Food is amazing, atmosphere is like being in a little restaurant in Little Italy!! It’s the best!!

Great experience! Food and service was spot on and they had an older gentleman singing holiday tunes on the piano. Wonderful evening!

Sambuca is one of our favorite restaurants in Scranton. Great staff, great food, great ambiance. The piano player adds a nice touch. The veal is always tender and is my go to meal. They offer great appetizers and specials. The drinks are always fantastic. And the desserts are ….. fabulous. I never know which to choose from.

We reserved a hightop in the bar and there was some confusion about where they were going to seat us when we arrived because I think they overbooked. But eventually we were seated. Everything was great after that. Packed house.
