For those of you who are not current or former gauchos who roam the prairies of Brazil, you might need an explanation of our style of service. At the end on a long day of work tending to cattle and stock, Brazilian cowboys (Gauchos) and their families would prepare great feasts. They would skewer various meats, roast them over a fire pit and bring them to the table for carving. There would be a bounty of seasonal vegetables, stews and salads using fresh ingredients from the fruits of their labor.

The quality of the meat was good,but not as flavorful as we are accustomed to. The marinated flank steak was quite dry and the tri-tip steak was mostly fat.The sausage was excellent, but the chicken drumstick tasted as it had been cooked earlier and reheated.The salad bar was excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall, we would try it again.

Nice old theatre building. We sat upstairs. Wait staff was lovely; food servers rarely came upstairs - had to ask for them to come up. Food quality was ok - not great. Have been to better.

My daughter and I were delighted with the gentleman slicing the delicious pineapple. All cuts of beef were mouth watering. We are looking forward to returning.

Despite dozens of great experiences at Samba over the years, our entire party of 6 thought that both the rodizio service and food quality were relatively poor this visit. The First Course was spectacular as usual.

Amazing as always! The salad bar is so much MORE than just salad, the meat selection was on point and grilled pineapple was perfection! My daughter, the birthday girl chose blackberry cheesecake for her free birthday dessert and it was fantastic! Always a pleasure dining at Samba!

This place was very nice and very well lit. I really enjoyed most of the food items available, but I wish they had more to offer. It felt like I had tried everything within the first 10 minutes which is surprising because we spent half of that time waiting for someone to come to us. I also hoped that it was bigger but it makes sense based upon the location. Drinks were really strong and wish there were more options of these as well. Might recommend under the right circumstances but I don’t think I will be returning.
