First time experience and we loved it. Food was delicious and arrived in good time. Tone of the restaurant was nice and relaxed. Difficult to tell from the front that the restaurant was situated at the back of the shop.

Prior to booking I had reached out to the team via instagram in order to clarify the menu differences between the two restaurants. I had an extremely helpful, warm and polite reply. However our experience at the restaurant was a complete contrast. It was thoroughly disappointing and underwhelming. Although my starter was lovely, our experience was disrupted by the arrival of our mains which were put down adjacent to the starters we were eating. I was a bit confused at first as to what had happened and then decided to speak to a member of staff who said “I didn’t take your order so I don’t know” but then eventually followed me back to my table so I could show her the carbonara next to my starter. The lady got the man who took our order & he agreed it was odd. When he came over to clear our starter plates, he spoke to us again & insisted it was the kitchen’s mistake. Whether or not it was the kitchen’s mistake, there should have been some common sense to not place it down once it was obvious we were eating our starters. Especially as they agreed it wasn’t right? Even the lady on the table next to us said that was weird I don’t know why they did that. I then saw the food be put under the hot lamp again, as more food was plated up I couldn’t see if ours was still under the lamp the whole time but this was overall unimpressive. When my carbonara came I was throughly disappointed as it was one of the worst carbonara. I have had. Even without cream being mentioned on the menu, this was far from a traditional carbonara. Overall there was no accountability and there were no apologies. We simply wanted to pay the bill and leave. Foolishly on our part my partner paid the service tip which we really shouldn’t have and I would have flagged if I had seen the receipt breakdown prior to him paying. Given our poor service I was quite frankly surprised that they had not even taken the gratuity straight off the bill. Needless to say I do not recommend the service or food.

Enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly but wish there was more options for people who eat halal.Would definitely come back again!

Brilliant food,good vibes and very good service would 100% recommend.The young Asian fella was very helpful and explained the menu well to me and my mrs :)

Outstanding and delicious food. Service was amazing too. Salvi’s is a gem.

I have been eating at Salvis for many years now and whilst the renovation is nice , the overall experience was very disappointing, the food was not what you expect from Salvis, if i am not wrong the prices have also increased somewhat and it absolutely did not represent what i have been used to. Mr Cecco , you should keep your eye on what was a real gem.

Value for money Italian, we had some pasta with squid, not too much squid, but good taste. We had the fried squid as a starter, a bit of a let down, frozen eings that were fried and some fried vegetables to make it look bigger. Please be aware they add 10% service charge to the price.

Lovely tasty food fresh and great value for money at a very busy time but food quality was top notch and servers were pleasant. Full marks for the kitchen staff who put a shift in getting food out so quickly.The atmosphere had a lovely buzzy vibe not too noisy but cosy and welcoming.

Italians food and beverage, seems to be in Italy, quality product and good ingredients! The service is nice, especially for the waitress Urania, really skilled and polite!
