This was a disaster, we booked but it made no difference to walk ins we were told to sit outside and what we wanted to drink. They did not bring menus. People were arriving as walk ups and they had been presented with menus. We had a show to get to at the AO, time was an issue. I then explained to the waiter that we had booked for 6:30 it was now 6:45, he said that there would be no chance of getting food out before 8:00, which was when the show was to start. So we paid for our drinks and left. Have been to the one on Deansgate which was perfect

Delightful staff and ambience and although I was sceptical about the minimal ingredients as I am a vegetarian (mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms and aubergine) I was blown away by how delicious the dishes are. The Melanzane parmigiana starter was large enough for a main but as I shared it, I fortunately had room for the risotto. (Phew!) Two of our party had pizzas baked in the pizza oven and one even had room for a cheesecake dessert. Superb.

Such fabulous service for Daughters 18th Birthday celebrations. Cannot fault food, service or wine (Cocktails good too)! Will be back!

We went in for a quick pasta before watching a show. The food was freshly made with top quality ingredients and tasted wonderful. I had the gnocchi and my husband had the carbonara. Both were fabulous and the Sauvignon, which was fresh, citrus and very easy, went perfectly with it. The service was excellent and i look forward to returning soon for the full Salvi experience.

The food was fantastic with a great choice of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the octopus pasta dish for my main & my husband said it was one of the best ravioli dishes he had ever had. The starters were beautiful too & the tiramisu was outstanding. Great service, very relaxed - we also bought a few treats to take home from the deli upstairs.

There was a bit of miscommunication when I got there as I was told the restaurant is closing despite the confirmation that my table is booked. Someone asked the kitchen if it’s ok for us to go in and was glad to be informed that we can. The waiter was fantastic- knowledgeable and attentive. The food was also tasty. All in all, I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.
