Where Napa Valley meets Palm Beach, Salute Market is in an upscale, comfy-chic ambiance. We are a restaurant, bar, wine and liquor market, located in Palm Beach Gardens. Salute is a new concept featuring many elements that complement one another – all based on the belief that we should “enjoy life”.

The lunch menu offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, small plates, soups and salads. The dinner menu features antipasto, charcuterie and entrees that pair perfectly with the selection of fine wines and craft cocktails and beer.

Salute offers 20 wines available by the glass, over 200 bottles of wine available for retail purchase, and pay a small corkage fee and drink the bottle on site with your meal!

At Salute Market the customer is our number one priority. Without them, there is no us. We are happy to introduce you to our products and ensure that you have everything you need to “enjoy life”.

Solid experience. Somewhat frequent diner here. Food was solid/as expected, although it seemed the portions (especially the flatbread) seem to have shrunk. Service was pleasant as always and the ambiance and noise level etc were perfect inside (it was a bit cold to sit outside).

Super unfortunate experience for a birthday gathering where reservations were made and no music was performed as indicated, portions were sad, so we decided to leave while babies cried during dinner. Not an adult thing but certainly lovely for families.

This was our first time visiting Salute and we went based on all the positive reviews. We booked an indoor table but were seated outside because there was no availability indoors. It was pretty cold outside and the wait staff tried their best with the heaters but it was still disappointing that our request to be indoor wasn’t accommodated. Our biggest issue with the night was how salty all the food was. There were 6 of us and everyone noticed how much salt was added to all the entrees. The live music was a fun bonus to the night, the musician was very good.

We were there for New Years Eve. Everything was excellent. The DJ was fantastic and played stuff for everyone. The vibe was fun and we had a great time. We’ve been there many times for brunch and happy hour. It’s one of our favorites. Great atmosphere too.

First time here and they did a great job for NYE celebration! Our server was running around crazy but did a wonderful job!

Wines were properly priced with a $15 corkage fee, the braised short rib seemed to be overly salty, clam chowder and tomato bisque were great. Service was very attentive however they should not clear the table until the last person has finished eating. Very alive environment with great music. Would certainly return...
