   I have no words. It is a beautiful spot. The staff was great. Food was incredible. Can’t wait to go back.

   Best local restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens! Friendly and accommodating staff and good food. Loved the weekend entertainment, too. It was definitely the place to be after the golf tournament.

   The festivities celebrating the PGA Cognizant Classic were beyond memorable. The food was out of this world—every dish we tried was a delicious masterpiece. From savory to sweet, each bite was packed with flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The music was a highlight of the night. The DJ played an incredible variety of tunes, spanning multiple genres, which kept the energy high and the crowd dancing all night long. It truly added to the celebratory vibe of the evening. So great was the experience that we couldn’t resist returning for brunch this morning! The atmosphere, the food, and the music made for a perfect way to kick off the day. If you're looking for a place with fantastic food and a vibrant, energetic vibe, Salut Market is the spot to be. We’ll definitely back!

The Saturday night DJ is nothing short of a musical magician, mixing beats so good you’ll start dancing in your seat (or on your way to the next round of drinks). He somehow manages to read the crowd’s energy like a psychic with turntables—one minute you’re grooving to a chill lounge track, the next, you’re throwing your hands up like it’s a Miami nightclub. And let’s talk about the food—because even while busting out your best chair dance moves, you’ll be devouring dishes that taste like they were sent from the heavens. The flavors? On point. The drinks? Dangerously good. The service? Friendlier than your favorite neighbor. By the end of the night, you’ll be wondering: Did I come here for dinner, or did I just attend the best party in Palm Beach Gardens? Answer: Both.    Absolutely horrific. They had a DJ playing so loud you couldn’t hear anything. You had to scream if you wanted to talk to the person next to you. We asked many different people working here to please turn it down - just a little bit. It was 7pm - no reason to have a DJ blasting music this loud. We finally went up to the DJ himself because we got no help from staff. The DJ proceeded to tell us nope he won’t turn it down and to get the F out if we don’t like it. The female manager here is atrocious and supported the DJ instead of her guests. The male manger here is great and came over to apologize for his restaurant - he’s great but the damage is done. Not a place we will return.

   A friend recommended we try Salute - and we are so happy we did! While the current special feature menu was tempting, we decided to try some of their standards - Chicken Saltimboca and the Roasted Veggie dish with grilled shrimp. Both were hits! Oh, and you have to have the Meatballs small plate - four big, yummy meatballs. Outdoor seating area is very nice. All in all a great experience.

    Mushroom goat cheese flatbread was incredible. Service was good, just very loud with outdoor music piped in. We shouted to hear each other.
