    Hostess ignored us for 10 min Finally got a server to seat us. They gave us a complimentary appetizer which was nice. Our server was great.

    We had a large group for dinner. The food was great, the service was fantastic. The music was a bit to loud so conversation was hard to hear at times. We will go back again for sure!

    Pork Chop was the driest I have ever tasted in all my years of existence. Most likely cooked in the morning and then warmed up in the microwave in the evening and then covered in some glaze. Ribs were the same… Food Presentation non-existent and had to ask for waitress to remove appetizer plates and empty beer bottles after main course arrived. Not attentive until the 5 minutes before the check arrives. Drinks appeared large but no alcohol and bull riding was $5 for 30 seconds tops. Never again….

    The women hostess was really bad. She rolled her eyes when I asked way was a group that came in after us with the same time reservation seated before us. my group all there. The other group started coming in slowly. This was 20 mins afer 4 pm reservation time . Was not happy. Our order went well until their was a mix up. Our meal came out very late. One dish cold but the food was good. Would I good back? Yes maybe another day & time not a Sunday.

    We made a reservation, but that seemed pointless. Most of the dining room was empty, yet we still had to wait to be seated. No one else was waiting before us. The hostess made several trips around the nearly empty dining room, trying to figure out where to seat us. She looked confused, and even had to get a manager to help figure where a table was available. When we were finally sat, we were told that our waitress was on her break. So we waited about 15 minutes before the manager addressed us. He asked, “How are you doing tonight?” I replied, “We feel ignored.” He didn’t even acknowledge what I said, and proceeded to tell us again that our waitress Katie was still on break. He did take our order. Our cocktails took another 10 or 15 minutes. The manager, just like the rest of the staff, avoided eye contact with us and were unaware that our drinks were sitting at the bar. When the manager did notice that we needed refills on our, I asked if Katie was still on break. He did not respond. I also had to point out that my Diet Pepsi was served to me in a cracked glass. He didn’t even notice it until I pointed it out, and he was the one who brought me the glass in the first place. After our food, arrived, we finally got to meeting our waitress, after her break was over. I have to admit that the food was good, but the service was far below average. I did tip well, I cannot punish the server for working in a poor run place. I seriously doubt that we will ever return. I can see why the place was nearly empty.
