Situé au cœur du centre-ville d'Edmonton, le SABOR Restaurant vous propose un menu riche en saveurs traditionnelles européennes, notamment portugaises, espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, dans un cadre rustique mais élégant. Certifié Ocean Wise, l'établissement sert la meilleure sélection de plats de fruits de mer de pêches durables de la ville ainsi que des plats de viande et végétariens. Combinés avec un service professionnel, une carte des vins réduite mais exceptionnelle et des cocktails traditionnels, le menu et l'ambiance du SABOR en font l'endroit parfait pour prendre un repas en toute occasion, que ce soit en tenue de soirée avant l'opéra, en costume avant une grande réunion ou en jeans pour une sortie entre amis. Du mercredi au samedi soir, le Sabor organise des concerts mettant en vedette l'un des musiciens locaux talentueux d'Edmonton. Idéal avant ou après un film ou un spectacle dans l'un des théâtres voisins, le bar à vin & tapas BODEGA vous accueille dans un cadre plus décontracté, selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi seulement, pour déguster des tapas authentiques, une sangria signature ainsi que de superbes vins et cocktails.

    We had an excellent experience at Sabor! One of our party does not like seafood, and there were lots of options for her as well. Everything we had was really good, to excellent; mostly excellent. Several items were ‘best we ever had’! Definitely will return!

    Everything was outstanding! The food was exquisite and the service was second to none. Probably the nicest gourmet restaurants I’ve ever been at.

    Very good restaurant. Service was great! Food was very good (had the seafood platter for 2) and the appetizers and deserts were to die for. Lobster risotto was amazing and the halibut and salmon were done to perfection. Can't recall the server's name unfortunately, but Steven (GM) was (and always has been) wonderful to deal with. *as an aside, like an idiot I decided to clean up my gmail account and inadvertently deleted the gift certificate that my kids had gotten me for Christmas. The restaurant has been very helpful in tracking it down and re-issuing it!

    It was my first time going to Sabor and the experience was great. We got a great recommendation for wine and ended up drinking the whole bottle. The food was great as well. Fresh tasting ingredients and beautifully seasoned. The lighting made it an intimate setting. All in all 10/10. Looking forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu

    We had one of our top 5 dinners since we are in Canada, I’ll come back 100% sure, we celebrate my wife’s birthday and she was overwhelmed in happiness! Thanks for the good service and excellent experience! (My wife is a chef and is hard to impress her and she was so 5⭐️

    Would 100% come back here again. The food was top notch. So flavourful and completely worth the price. On top of that the service was spectacular. There’s a lot to be said for a restaurant that prides itself in being kind and welcoming to their customers.
