Le Sole Restaurant et bar à vin se trouve dans un bâtiment datant de 150 ans à Seagram, à quelques minutes à l'ouest du Waterloo Uptown Core. L'intérieur conduit à 2 étages jusqu'à un plafond avec une charpente en bois, des poutres apparentes et de généreuses finitions en bois, pour une expérience élégante et décontractée. Le menu transportera votre palais en Méditerranée. Vous pourrez apprécier entre autres des pizzas à la croûte fine, des pâtes, des plats principaux végétariens ou des steaks. Une grande carte des vins, une belle sélection de Scotch, ainsi que des bières à la pression viendront accompagner votre expérience culinaire. Le service est professionnel et amical.
