Creative takes on Southern and Creole Cuisine bring traditions like our award winning Catfish Perdu, Crawfish Étouffée and Grits and Grillades to Dublin. Our Bar Side stage boasts live acts from around the region Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with regular performances on Jackson Plaza in front of the fountain.
