Étant auparavant la maison de la soprano Dame Nellie Melba, le restaurant The Melba Estate, située dans la vallée de Coombe, est une propriété exceptionnelle. With each of the eight pizzas named lovingly after the fourth-generation Brown children, Bonnie is first and foremost about family, wine and pizza.
