The Chefs Table est un petit restaurant indépendant au cœur de la ville de Chester, proposant les meilleurs produits locaux dans des menus de saison en constante évolution. L'établissement travaille en étroite collaboration avec ses fournisseurs, particulièrement avec une association de producteurs biologiques sous le nom de The Natural Veg Men, située à 24 km du restaurant. Ce rapprochement permet aux chefs de travailler avec des produits incroyables et inspirants. Lors du dîner, le restaurant propose un menu à la carte réduit, avec une offre incroyable de 2 plats pour 15 GBP et 3 plats pour 18 GBP. A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines.

Lunch Offer : 3 Plates for £20, served at lunch Thursday-Saturday.

Please note we are a separate restaurant to Chef's Table. We are currently unable to accept cash at our new premises and are card-only.

Our restaurant is housed in the beautiful Grade II listed building formerly known as the Old Post Office, on King Street in Knutsford. Richard Harding Watt influenced the town’s architecture by delivering a little piece of Italy for everyone to appreciate, up and down King Street, notably in the design of the memorial tower overlooking Giovanni’s.

AA 2 Rosette restaurant. The Forge Restaurant in Chester is one of Chester’s best restaurants with delicious food and unrivalled service. With a passion for wild, sustainable British ingredients, and a love of simple cooking over fire and charcoal. The Forge has its kitchen front and centre in the middle of this lovely, and elegant space. Incredible dry-aged beef and wild venison will be found in the maturation cabinets, awaiting their turn on the amazing forge grill, to be lovingly grilled and roasted over beech logs. Head chef Dan Regan, a passionate chef, heads up the young, vibrant team in the kitchen. Combining amazing, wild, sustainable ingredients from land and sea into sumptuous creations that form really memorable eating experiences. We focus on British ingredients, as local to Chester. Our venison, always a hugely popular part of our menus, is harvested from herds on estates that focus on improving biodiversity and deer health – a process we call Farming the Wild.

Opera Grill brings theatre on a grand scale to Chester. At the heart of our menu is the theatre charcoal grill and wood-burning ovens, inspired by revered chefs and restaurants from around the world.
