Our culinary teams are working tirelessly on our innovative gluten free menu, while keeping the distinctive, traditional flavour of our most popular European dishes. Le Continental Treat Restaurant est une entreprise familale. Deux générations de la famille Borówka travaillent ensemble pour faire vivre leur vision du romantisme de la fin du 19e siècle. Les propriétaires Ryszard et Helena Borówka, accompagnés de leur fils Sylvester Borówka, supervisent toutes les opérations. La chef Ela Palmowski travaille avec les sous-chefs Maria Pałkowska, Bartosz Beresiński, Alexandr Oleineac et Dusten Dixon, une équipe internationale qui renouvelle constamment le menu. D'autres sous-chefs talentueux se joignent à l'équipe cette année : Attilla Szabo de Hongrie, Zdenek Holub de la République tchèque, Helmut Schumacher de Suisse et Alexader Davidoff de la Russie. Christopher Czapiga et Cindy Oland sont les hôtes et vous accueillent gracieusement en toute occasion. L'ambiance est tout à fait charmante, tout en luxe et en élégance.
