Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road's premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.
