Excellent service!! Our waiter "Craig" was fantastic with a fabulous personality. Manager Bethany was also great and very kind. Food was excellent! Ribeye steak was seasoned to perfection and cut like butter. This is why continue to come back!😊

First time in the new location. I am glad I selected Ruth”s Chris to celebrate my mom’s 83 birthday. Food was amazing, I love the lamb chops. The calamari was out of this world. Victor was our server, he was super nice and attentive. Lamberto came by to say hi. I can’t wait to return.

My 3rd time visiting a Ruth Chris ever and first at this location. We were in the mood for a great steak experience and fond memories of the previous two times sent us here. We got the two signature Prime steaks on the menu; the bone in filet and the tomahawk to share for the group. Both were… good. Definitely not what I remembered. I could not help but compare it to our previous experiences at Flemmings for their tomahawk or Fogo de Chao in terms of meat flavor and variety and I think both of those pip Ruth Chris now in terms of flavor in this dining level and category. Wait staff were all very nice and excellent no complaints there. Everyone was working hard and appreciated on a busy Friday. It was also pretty loud ar least for me. Yes it was a Friday night, but there were several instances I had to ask people in my party to repeat what they said because I could not hear them. Not anything bad by any stretch but for an expected higher level dining experience we were left feeling a little underwhelmed.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Ruth's Chris last night. The portions were excellent and worth the price, the food well prepared and presented, and the service of waiter ZIM was top notch. GM on duty came by the table to make sure everything was wholly to our satisfaction. A nice touch. Can't wait to return... And we really like the new location on Canoga which is lovelier than the prior Westfield Mall location which was so cavernous.

John Henry was an excellent server. The food was amazing. Did the filet and shrimp combo and friend had the rib eye and shrimp combo.

Overall a let down. Ordered a wedge salad, came out with no bacon. Our server tried to say it doesn't come with bacon, so I had to pull up the menu to show her. Then she comes back and says the kitchen is out of bacon. Well someone should have told us, and we could've ordered something else. Salad was still on the bill, which continued the saga of disappointment. My filet was average, nothing about it stood out. My wife got the petite filet and shrimp, same thing, nothing special. A couple of shrimp lacked seasoning and looked undercooked. The creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes were really good. The drinks were stiff. So maybe just sit at the bar and order drinks and sides.

The new location is absolutely wonderful. The layout of this new location is so much better than the old one. The food is still the same - GREAT. We had our favorite waiter Zim and he is and ways has been fantastic.
