Overall an overpriced experience for an average dinner. A 7:30 Rez on a Saturday night and barely 1/3 of the tables had guests. After a 10 min wait we were brought to our table. Ambiance of the restaurant has a 90’s vibe although the location is just two years old. Sat for a solid 15 minutes before our server arrived. No water, no drink order. Server finally arrived and was friendly taking our drink orders and greeting us. Returned with our drinks and water and took our appetizer orders. I had the summer bourbon special, wife a seltzer water. After taking our order for the calamari, he asked if we were ready to place our dinner order ensuring us that he wouldn’t rush our food orders. We gave him our selections. The calamari was tasty and ample in portion. A bit soggy especially at the bottom of the stack. In timely fashion our server came back to ask if we were finished and took our plates in prep for our entres which arrived before our appetizers cleared the table. Alert-felt rushed! The salmon portion was sizable and cook as requested. My 8 oz filet was ordered pink center but arrived undercooked and dark red red center - undercooked. Warning- steak arrived sizzling, nice touch however beware, it was placed close to me at the edge of the table and the sizzle left several grease stains on my shirt. Steak was good quality but nothing memorable. Side were grilled Brussels sprouts which were good in taste. The au gratin potatoes were ok. Potatoes were tiny and difficult to find in the sea of cheese. Flavor was ok. For desert we had the cheesecake which easily served two people. Good tasting although the gram cracker base didn’t have much taste at all. Total for the meal including tip was $245. Overall I’m not likely to return based on just ok food and some order errors. For the price there are many other choices that don’t disappoint.

Food was good, filet was not as lean as you would expect. Variety of sides are limited. Dessert; bread pudding was excellent! Service was outstanding.

Steak and accompaniments were excellent, as well as service by waiter & plate staff. Courses timed perfectly. Making dining experience exceptional. Sat in atrium room, great atmosphere & noise level good for conversation.

This location continues to deliver at a very high level. The restaurant was very full despite having their front doors closed due to a truck hitting their awning and forcing patrons to come in through a side door. Overall, the server, Abigail and her colleague serving our table more than made the inconvenience better by their attentive and respectful service. The drinks, food and overall experience were all very well presented and the table was well taken care of during our visit. Highly recommend them for a great experience.

Another incredible dining experience. Filet, Strip and chicken were cooked perfectly. Matthew took great care of us throughout our dinner.

My husband and I had dinner tonight and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I called yesterday around 4pm and asked the hostess that we would like to sit in the main dining room. The hostess replied not a problem and she would take care of that. We got to the restaurant tonight at our scheduled time 630pm and the hostess told us that she did not have that listed (main dining room) I told her about reserving a spot the day before. The hostess proceeded to ask us to wait a moment and came back and said that they had 1 more table in the main dining room but it was right next to a 12 top table and it might be loud but we had the option to sit next to them. We chose not to sit next to a loud table for our Anniversary. I have to say when you reserve something at a restaurant like Ruth Chris you expect class and professionalism. We ended up sitting in the alcove dining room next to the bar. We were hoping for a romantic dinner for our celebration and all we got was disappointment that Ruth Chris could not take care of our special requests. We did see a manager walking around, but he never came over to ask us how our dinner or experience was. My recommendation is to train with your staff better to ensure requests are noted in reservations or you could ruin special events for your guests. We have been to this Ruth Chris before and have to say this is such a disappointment, doubtful we will be back. S

Table service seemed amateurish with water glasses completely emptying before being refilled, dirty plates lingering and not being removed until after the next course arrived. There seemed to be a lack of service to the patron. On a bright note, the steaks were perfect.

Reginald was our Server and he was amazing. Been there 16 years. Best Service and exceeded all expectations for our Anniversary dinner. Overall a good experience!
