    My Ruths Chris experiences have been spotty at best (the last time I went in Princeton, NJ the fries came out burned), but this time was highly disappointing. I ordered a $64 ribeye steak rare and it arrived well done and was the worst quality cut of meat ever. It was full of grizzle and I could buy a better cut at my local supermarket. After a few bites I sent it back and when it came back it was much better but that first piece of meat should have never been sent out. Having to wait while my husband finished his dinner was not really appealing and the potatoes Lyonnaise that came out were also not very tasty nor was the steak tartare that was drowned in mustard sauce and the meat looked very pale (aka not fresh). Highly disappointing overall.

    We really enjoyed our dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House - Wilmington, NC. We sat on the patio at sunset and had an amazing sunset view with the Cape Fear River and USS NC Battleship as a backdrop. Sherry was our waitress and did an amazing job with recommendations, and fast, friendly service. The food was cooked to perfection and was flavorful from the apps to dessert. We will definitely be back!!

    Great dining experience at R’sC. Starts with convenient garage valet parking and very friendly valet. Hostess was cheerful, seated us quickly. This was an anniversary, rose petals on tables nice touch. Our server Chance was awesome. Friendly, helpful and available without being intrusive. Steaks cooked perfectly, sides were great. We declined dessert but went home with two small complimentary cheesecakes. Overal, a great experience that added to the special occasion.

    We have always loved Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses. It was our first visit to the Wilmington restaurant. Our wait staff was the very best, Especially Connor our waiter. The food was below par for a Ruth’s Chris. The French onion soup was very good. Both my husband & my filets were over cooked. I ordered mine Medium & it was well done on the outside & med-well in the middle. My husband ordered med-rare & it was med-well on outside & medium on inside. The Brussels spouts were very good. Our favorite are the sweet potato casserole yet it was very dry. The wine we ordered was an excellent choice. Not sure if it was an off night for the kitchen but it was a special date night out of town for an expensive mediocre meal with an excellent waiter, Conner!!!
