We had the Prix Fixe meal. Much more expensive than it has been but still feel it was worth it. My filet mignon was great but my partner's was stewy. We like char on the outside and medium on the inside. Not meat that is shredy and stew like. Starters very delicious...had Caesar salad and Lobster Bisque. Sides and dessert really good as well. Our waiter was not the caliber of others we have had at Ruth's Chris and seemed to forget us most of the evening. We waited so long for Steak sauce we would have eaten our steak if not for another waiter saving us. I look forward to Restaurant week when prices are reduced.

The filet was great as usual as was the ahi tuna appetizer. Mike was our waiter and he was wonderful.

Worth trying once if you’re curious, but this to me is one of those places you don’t need to visit twice. The good: - We arrived early and they gave us a table right away, though there were plenty of empty tables at the time anyway. - The staff was really nice and you could tell they worked hard. - Restaurant is clean and has a pleasant ambience, but nothing spectacular. - Food came out relatively quickly (except dessert). The bad (and oh so bad) - Ordered a 40 oz Tomahawk steak that was brought to the table without being sliced. I was asked if it should be cut in half (party of two). When I mentioned that we’re used to having it sliced - a standard for any serious steakhouse - it was roughly cut at the table and served as two giant piles of meat to us. - The steak itself had parts that were ok on salt and parts that were too salty, which tells me they need to be more uniform with the seasoning. Also, some of the fat had not rendered down enough so a few bits were chewy. - The roasted brussel sprouts had some sprouts that were charred and delicious and some sprouts that were undercooked and tough. Again, a consistency issue. - The lobster mac and cheese was a mac and cheese with lobster pieces placed on top. It did not feel like one cohesive dish. it should be mixed and baked together. - My gift card didn’t work, which I can understand. However, when the manager Michael was explaining the issue and told me to call the issuer of the gift card, he mentioned his last name. When I asked confirmation on how to spell it (i was taking notes to resolve the issue later) he said “I don’t know why that would matter.” Michael Morrell really needs some customer service training. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse for a special occasion then my advice is to look elsewhere. If you’re a steakhouse enthusiast like I am and you’re just curious to try it, then visit it by all means, but don’t expect to be wowed in any way, except perhaps i’m how disappointed you will be.

Great evening out! Our server, Mike, was efficient and attentive - also super-friendly! The restaurant was busy, but the whole service team was on top of it. Steaks were prepared as requested and very tasty. appetizers, sides and desserts also yummy.

BEGINNING FROM THE FRONT DEST FOR CHECK IN, AMAZING STAFF. VERY POLITE, WARM, ENERGETIC, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING. THE WAIT IN BETWEEN COCKATILS AND FOOD WAS ON POINT. MORE BREAD NEEDED TO BE SERVED IN BASKET. WAITOR AND WAITRESSES AND BUSSBOYS AND GIRLS WERE ALL VERY POLITE.
