    A perfect evening and Valentine's Day celebration! We had a booth per my request. Every dish was a delight. You can always count on Ruth's Chris to deliver.

    Somewhat dull facility - feels like you are sitting in a corridor with a lot of traffic by staff running up and down past your table. No outdoor seating. Foodwise no surprises with standard Ruth’s Chris menu so you know what you get. Unless you crave for a big steak maybe better to try yet one more dining place nearby with similar pricing.

    Very nice Valentines dinner ! We both had Ruth Chris Classic Filet and lobster and up graded to scalloped potato and loaded baked potato. We also had steak house chopped salad ($5) up charge and I had regular steakhouse salad with lemon Basil dressing. We decided we didn’t really have to upgrade on the potatoes. I think the garlic mashed would have been just as nice. The steak and Lobster were both delicious and the salads were so different and yummy also! The server was super friendly and paced our dinner perfectly. He suggested one of the special cocktails and the chocolate sin cake and both of his suggestions were right on ! Very nice dinner overall. We have been to the Wailea Ruth Chris several times and we always have a good experience. We forgot to reserve a booth this time. If you go there I would suggest doing that unless you are with a larger party. More romantic 🥰

    Valentine’s Day and it was a very busy restaurant. Even so, the service was excellent fast smooth, and the food was delicious. Great bar staff and service staff but again we can’t expect nothing less. Thank you for another enjoyable evening.

    Service was great with the waiters made sure all was in order from the beginning thorough out the dinner. The food was nicely prepared and delicious.

    We were not happy with the entire evening. The place was very busy and it seemed like they were understaffed. We felt like our waiter was rushing us along to order our drinks and our full meal and at times was no where to be found. We started with the crab cakes which had a weird taste to them. For entrees I had the petite filet which was good but a little too much butter. My husband had the lamb chops that were overcooked and had to be sent back. Our baked potato was cold which the had to do over and our waiter poured my husbands wine and missed his glass before realizing it was all over the table and he just wiped the glass and put a napkin over the spill without even replenishing what he spilled. We are not in hurry to rush back which is too bad because it is usually one of our places we like to dine in Maui.

    Our waiter Brian and the rest of the staff made my birthday dining experience over the top. They were all very pleasant as well as attentive. Our drinks, salad, steak, and all the side dishes were delicious. The additional hot plates they brought kept each bite of meat fresh and very tasty. Complimentary flaming strawberries for my birthday dessert were delicious and fun! I would go back again.
