They ran out of bread and people were still coming in for dining. We were charged a 20% tip automatically and there was a 15% option. The service was slow and the food was not good. I wish I ordered from their original menu. Also the girl at the hostess desk was sucking on a lollipop, which was very unprofessional.

Ruth’s Chris never fails to amaze me! The food quality is outstanding, each bite a burst of flavor, and the customer service is impeccable, making every visit feel special. Plus, the wine selection is simply divine, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience that keeps me coming back for more!

The food has changed. The bread is not the same. The creamed spinach had very little taste. Augratin potatoes were not augratin…more like potatoes with cheese on top and a slimey white cheese sauce. Did not appear baked. Service was great. The seafood was good.

I’m not sure if it was a combination of issues and we were just unlucky but our experience was so so. Took a few minutes to be seated which was to be expected but our server didn’t even great us until 15 mins after our reservation time. Our total time as a party of 3 in the restaurant was 2.5 hours, the couple that was waiting with us and seated right before us left before we even got our dinner served. We were only a party of 3, two of which were kids so it’s not like a large party to cause a delay, actually I saw larger parties who arrived after us get their food before us. 2 of us got the Thanksgiving meal, so it’s not like meals were waiting for steaks to be cooked. Our server was nice and had identified the issue with our food taking some time. The plates were hot so I speculate that our food was sitting waiting for be run for awhile. The food was good, though I would have preferred to have known the gravy didn’t come on the side. Don’t get any rolls that other tables had. The sweet potato casserole was amazing. Not the experience I’ve had previously or would have expected from RC.

Excellent Thanksgiving dinner. The food was well prepared and portions were generous. Service was outstanding. This is the second Thanksgiving we have enjoyed at this restaurant. We have been to various Ruth’s Chris locations and Virginia Beach is our favorite.

We were delighted to see all of the Christmas decorations up. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and they did a nice job of ensuring we had a special meal. Stephan was our waiter and he was kind, thoughtful and funny! We had a great experience and LOVED our food! Thank you!

We had dinner for our 10th anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. Food was excellent and service by Bryan was pristine.

Our waiter Tony was wonderful. Our food was delicious. We shared the wedge salad which was so good. Lots of blue cheese and so fresh. My husband got the filet with the mushroom and I got the salmon. All prepared well, arrived on hot plates and was so good with the warm bread and butter. For dessert, creme brulee - wonderful. Also love that my tea cup arrived hot. Nice touch.

Andre, our waiter did an excellent job! Very attentive and polite and friendly. Our drinks at the bar were also great. The only complaint was that the side dishes were not hot. They were just warm. We didn’t say anything because our steaks and lobster were very hot on very hot dishes. Other than that, everything else was wonderful as well.
