    I’ve eaten here twice now and the first time was just a perfect experience but unfortunately this was very disappointing in all areas. There were far too many problems for the $292 meal for 2 which was so disappointing. My date and I both got the 11 ounce fillets and I got the Ruth Chris classic with lobster tail. When my filet was brought out I cut it open and my server noticed it was pretty rare inside when I ordered medium. He said he would take it back to get cooked correctly, but they just threw on it the broiler and was charred all on the outside when it was brought back, which ruined the blue cheese topping and gave it a burnt taste. Our server also saw this and offered to get us a free dessert which was nice. However, from the time that we finished our food to getting our dessert it was about 30 minutes and they brought out the key lime pie without any dessert spoons so we sat for another 5 minutes until someone came around and we could ask for spoons. We also ordered a cappuccino and a tea but neither was brought out and we had to ask another worker about them as our server didn’t come back around for a good half hour. I was also supposed to get the free little dessert with my meal, which our waiter said he would give to us to go but never did. My date also got a glass of wine and she was never asked if she wanted another. Then when we got the bill he overcharged us the full $15 for an au gratin potato which was only supposed to be a $5 up charge from the garlic mashed potatoes. At this point it was 9:25 and we had been sitting at the table since 7:00PM and we waited 5 minutes but the waiter never came back so I decided to pay the bill and leave. The table across from us arrived around 8PM and left 15 minutes before us. We felt forgotten about and the mix of the disappointing food and very poor service was surprising say the least, especially for a $300 meal when we saw the people around us getting much better service.

    Our waitress, Jenna, was outstanding. Great personality, fun, and made good food recommendations. The food and portion size were very good. The drink prices were steep! $9 for a bottle of Modelo. And $27 for a glass of wine.

    This was an excellent dinner, as always. The food was prepared perfectly, and they gave us a free dessert since it was our anniversary.

    The crab cakes tasted very fishy more than usual. Maybe it was a different Chef than the normal Chef everything else was delicious. I just was not satisfied with the crab cakes

    My husband and I had a great time dining here. Very nice ambience. The waiters were nice and friendly. The cocktails were delicious along with the food. We had a nice Sweetest Day here. Him and I would absolutely come again for a date night.
