At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavour and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

One of the dishes was made well done instead of medium well, while it was sent back, and redone, other dishes were mediocre. If you are use to fine dinning, then don’t go here. If you love a lot of food and don’t worry about the taste, then this is the place for you. Our waiter was amazing btw, he needs a raise 😁

Was a great experience. The manager, Brian, went above and beyond with the service which made our meal very enjoyable. Highly recommend to visit this location if looking for a nice steakhouse in the heart of downtown without wanting to break the bank.

The service was very good but not overly overbearing. The ambiance was refreshingly elegant and peaceful, allowing for quiet conversation, probably somewhat due to very few others dining at the time. The steaks were all cooked to perfection to various tastes. The recognition of a wedding anniversary with desserts on the house was a classy move, greatly appreciated. All over, an expensive but satisfying experience that we would look forward to reprising some day.
