Reservation 1 week ago and I waited 30 minutes for them to give me the table and I ordered the food and it took almost 2 hours for them to serve it to me I had already gone before and the service was very good and the food too but this time very bad

Our reservation was for 9:45Pm we weren’t seated until 10:45pm it then took 15 minutes for “hector” to great us and ask us for drinks it then took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks we where able to finish our drinks well discussing with other tables how long they been here for they replied 7:30Pm and they where just receiving the food three in a half hours later. They had to take the gentleman’s steak back three times when the steak came out the fourth time they already left. The gentleman ordered Medium cooked and kept receiving “Rare” cold in the middle and gushing blood I ordered the $149 Tomahawk steak I finally received this steak at 12:04AM I cut into this steak and it would BARELY CUT I spread it apart and it’s burnt on the outside well FREEZING cold on the inside I was really excited about Ruth Chris and they let five tables down in my area on Valentine’s Day I’m very upset.

We took our family of 5 out for dinner for a reservation at 5:15. Our table was ready amidst the foyer being packed. Our table was however the first table inside the dining room. Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for this location we found out last night. The inside door was continuously left open and we literally froze while sitting there. We asked at a minimum of 6 times for the door to be shut. There were no shortage of hostess at the front desk. This should have been a priority for them considering the weather and the amount of people waiting in the foyer. We happen to eat a Ruth's Chris frequently. This was by far the worst. We now know not to go on Valentine's Day, and if we ever are asked to sit at that table again, we will politely ask to move. For $400 we should have a decent experience, I think. Our salad never showed up, my kids sides were like warm. It was just not your typical RC meal. I'd say go at a better time, not Valentine's Day.

Normally my visits for dinner is much better than this one. I am hoping they were just over booked for Valentine’s Day. Everything was just average or below normal standards. From service to food. Crab cakes had a different taste than normal. My steak was undercooked. We had empty glass of wine and water at the same time. Didn’t see our server for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Other servers didn’t help out each other like normal. So our experience this time wasn’t so great. Then they misplaced my coat . But they finally found it . So all that said. I still will go back again in the near future.
