Ruth's Chris is normally our go to for a nice evening. Scheduled our anniversary dinner. My wife got a menu with a nice personalized flyer inside. Unfortunately, it said 'Happy Birthday Edward'. Our waitress was great. She was friendly, polite, and genuinely happy person. When our steaks came out, my wife's was still raw. I mean purple. Unfortunately she ordered her's medium. I ordered mine medium rare and it was medium to well. They did correct the mistake and gave us dessert for free. I was just surprised. We can usually always count on perfection from Ruth's Chris. We will go back because everyone can have an off night.

The staff was wonderful, every single person we encountered. We felt badly for running late and they made us feel welcome on a busy night. It was appreciated and we never felt rushed.

Party of 3…The steaks were very good although one was under done as ordered medium well. Sides ( mushrooms, brussels and fries) were very underwhelming and arrived lukewarm to cold. Barbecue shrimp appetizer was ok but for four little shrimp absolutely not worth the price. Service was great until after finishing main course, the check was slapped down with no offer of dessert or after dinner drink. Shocked! Several tables were empty so they were not trying to overturn for other reservations. Willing to overlook the ridiculous price and average food for a nice get together, until the end with the service. Will not be returning.

Another wonderful dining experience at Ruth’s Chris. We drive approximately 90 minutes each way. Food was excellent as well as the presentation and the server, Andrea!

We were taking customers out to a business dinner, and it could not have been a better experience. The food was wonderful. The outdoor patio was warm and comfortable and casual,… Just the atmosphere we were looking for. But best of all was our waiter, Will, who made us feel special and welcomed. It was a great night!
