Worst experience at this restaurant (or any steak house by far). The Lobster Bisque soup was burned, tasted off, and was just lacking. They were supposed to remove that from the bill but didn’t. The kitchen could not for its life make a steak at a medium temperature. The first try, it was overcooked - more than well done. No pink at all. They tried again, and after a prolonged wait, was rare. And this is what they specialize in? The crab cakes were bland. And, for the first time in over 20 years, we sent back a bottle of wine (Caymus) because it was bitter and just plain awful. After 2 1/2 hours, we finally called it a night. It was too late for another try at yet another steak (almost 10 PM). All I wanted is a properly done steak and they couldn’t even do that. Then, they expected me to pay full price for the sides and the add on, even though I didn’t have a chance to eat they with my meal because they couldn’t get the main course done right. We will deal with with that later. I just wanted to get out of there at that point. The management knows who we were and no one seemed to know what to do. This was supposed to be a great weekend getaway for my wife and I, and it started horribly. I can’t recommend going here. You’d have better luck at other places in town. I hope the management reaches out and makes things right. But, given how things happened tonight, I don’t know if they would be able to do that.

Great customer service nice environment my food was decent i asked for my steak to be well done it was really wet and pink inside. Other than that it was ok

When Ruth’s Chris first opened, the service was outstanding. However, this is not the case anymore. Great service is what makes the dining experience exceptional. Unfortunately, the service is now on par with other mid-scale restaurants. One last comment: they need to get a steak knife sharpener!!

We had a wonderful experience dining in the RBar. Loved the atmosphere and decor. Food & drinks were on point… Chef Ivan’s cake was a nice anniversary surprise. Staff was exceptional! 🌟

The service and the food was very good. It took longer than expected after we were done eating to have our leftovers packed up and our receipt given to us. The ambience is lacking, due to the closeness of the tables. The artwork is not my taste.

The food is always excellent at this restaurant. It is prepared as requested which includes sharing of menu items. My only recommendation is that there be a dress code in the main dining room. Hats should not be allowed as well as shorts and tee shirts.

The ambience was very welcoming. We decided to dress up for this date and we didn’t feel overdressed. The wait staff and other employees were very kind and attentive. Definitely top five places we will return to.
