Chris was an excellent waiter! Made the experience amazing! Little expensive, but we were aware of that going in.

Dominic, our server, was always within notice of our table. Filled waters asked on drinks, refill ordering food, etc. Even with a small incident at the bar, he and the other server were able to bring the situation under control. Betsy, the manger, was very gracious and made our anniversary night special. Great place for special family events.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House excels at delivering mouthwatering meals, and my recent visit was no exception. The filets were perfect, the chopped salad was crisp, and the sides were spot on. Their food remains top-notch, as always—who doesn't love Ruth's Chris? However, the service was another story. While two large tables behind us enjoyed constant attention from their waiter, our experience was largely ignored. Our waitress took our order and then vanished, only reappearing when we were almost done with our meal. At one point, the manager had to step in to refill my tea, highlighting the lack of service. It was glaringly obvious that tables with alcohol were prioritized, while those of us with tea and soda were left waiting. Dessert, which included the complimentary cheesecake from the Ruth's Chris special, took an exasperating 22 minutes to arrive after we ordered. The food is still fantastic, but the service here is a deal-breaker. I won't be returning to this location. I’m not interested in a managerial apology or a promise of better service—just a more consistent level of attention that matches the price & quality of the food.

Leo provided fantastic service which made our experience that much nicer. Hostesses were friendly and efficient as well. The shrimp cocktail was a bit too ‘fishy’ but the filets were fantastic as was the apple crumble dessert. Nice quiet atmosphere on a Tuesday evening with beautiful view. Cannot wait for cooler weather to enjoy the patio again.

Our waitress Marissa was amazing, food was out of this world ! We had the filet and baked post with crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. Dominic was in charge at the bar and my Pomegranate martini was one of the best!!

Have been to Ruth Chris numerous times as far back as twenty years. Called ahead to ask if they had prime rib and whoever answered the phone said yes , when we went to order server said no we don’t the person answering must of misunderstood… well that was disappointing. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms they were very very garlic forward . The filet was just mid The service was good
