Service by Matt was fantastic. He was supported by a whole cast of support staff that were lovely and great at their jobs. Harrison was a delight as well. Steaks were cooked properly and the apps and sides were excellent. I would certainly return.

Out first visit since COVID, service and atmosphere were great. The food is not as good as it was years ago. The Local 17, in Richmond Hill, has a better steak.

This was my second time at a Ruth’s Chris. I won’t be going back. The only good thing was the steak. The macaroni and cheese was trash. It was dry and unflavored. The lobster bisque taste like the bottom of a shoe and had no flavor. The crab caries were great and full of crab meat. I just didn’t think it was worth $400.

Food as always was very good! Service this visit was poor. Very slow. Waited nearly 45 minutes after seated to receive our water / bread.

We arranged a business dinner for 10 and it did not disappoint, as per usual. Food , craft cocktails, ambiance, service and atmosphere all perfect. Ruth Chris is my go to throughout the country for a perfect filet every single time . Service is always personable and professional. Will return to this Savannah location when given the opportunity.

We always, always have a wonderful time dining at RC but this time you all went above and beyond. I asked for a table in a quiet area and you did not disappoint. The four of us loved the cozy, private dining area where we were seated. Our server Mary Alexis was great, she was attentive but not intrusive. The cocktails and courses were served/timed perfectly. We were able to place the appetizers, then MA would return and ask if we were ready to place the next course and so on. We were never rushed. We were seated promptly at 6:30P and when we looked at the time, could not believe it was 10:30P! We will return and ask for that dining area again! Thank you so much for an outstanding evening.

The service and ambience were great. Louise was enjoyable The food was cooked to perfection with the exception of the lobster bisque. We thought the lobster bisque had an odd aftertaste, lacked bits of lobster and wasn’t full bodied. It was watery more than creamy. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would return again. Excellent service!
