First time. Steak was amazing Ribeye. Sweet potatoes really wonderful. Waitstaff attentive. Felt I was visiting a beloved aunt.

The steak was delicious! We had filets and they were melt in your mouth perfect! We had calamari for an appetizer and it was good. The sides we ordered we just OK (Creamed spinach and baked potato). The service was EXCELLENT! Luis was our server and he was AMAZING!

Absolute terrible experience! The worst I've ever had at a high end steakhouse. Let alone Ruth Chris' !! What makes this even more egregious is this was a celebration for a friend. It started with being seated at a table for 6 setup for a 7. Except the reservation was for 8! Clearly 8 people at a 6 place table is going to be problematic. 10 minutes wasted while they move us to a separate room that can seat us. We order drinks and it takes 15 minutes to arrive. THEN they take our starting order. A few folks ask for extra olives. After more than 10 minutes they have not brought them. Note we are right next to the bar. I go out and ask. We order started including oysters. Are told they are from the north atlantic. What arrived were clearly from the Gulf and GIGANTIC. No one bothered to tell us they didn't have the oysters stated. Just bring out whatever you happen to have I guess? We are now 45 minutes into this adventure and they take the rest of our order. Then another 30 minutes before it arrives. The mains were actually fine. But they forgot 2 of the sides. Normally not a big deal but at this point it was just silly. The manager tried to make amends. Tried to give us some champange but most of us don't drink or don't like champagne. Comped some of the order to make up for it. But frankly the evening was already ruined and we made the best of it. All my previous experiences at a Ruth Chris Steakhouse had been superb! Not sure why they had such an off night with us.

Went for our anniversary, it was our first time going to Ruth's Chris and it was a wonderful choice! The server was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! My husband absolutely loved the lobster mac and my steak was perfect. The cheesecake was to one of the best I've had, and I love cheesecake! Everything was great and we highly recommend it!

It was very cold inside of the restaurant so the hostess accommodated us outside which was lovely. Our steaks took a very long time to come out. I ordered my medium well, it came out well. It was very dry. My husband ordered his medium rare and it came out medium well. The manager was kind enough to comp one of our dinners because of that. He also offered us dessert which we declined--only because we do not always eat dessert. Not our favorite Ruth's Chris location (Bonita Springs, FL is our favorite), but at least we sat by Riverwalk.

Food and service were both excellent and highly recommended. Anyone who's in the mood for a good steak dinner this is definitely the spot.

Food and service were fantastic. Everything was cooked as requested, came out in great time and well seasoned. Our server was attentive but not overbearing.
