    Our bartender, Dallas, was wonderful and invented a drink just for us with moscato, blackberries, and splash of soda. Our server, Luis, was gracious and helpful.

    Great dinner. The food was outstanding even though my steak was overcooked compared to how I ordered it. The au gratiss were on point

    Went to the Riverwalk location and it was great experience, the ribeye was cooked as requested and our sides complimented the meal. Our waiter offered some good selections and was very friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

    For the meal/service: oysters were not shucked well and had shell bits, soup was served cold, no bread brought to the table.

    Great experience Saturday afternoon at Ruth’s Chris. I had the petit filet and although I requested medium, it continued to cook on the sizzling plate (tip: order less done than you typically would to account for the hot plate). This was not anyone’s “fault” and didn’t take away from the overall quality or taste. The steak was well-seasoned and very tender. I had a side of Brussels sprouts and thought I would have leftovers from the shareable portion but they were so good that I ate the entire serving. Drinks and bread were equally amazing. The server, Ernesto was really attentive and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will certainly return.

    2 of the 4 steaks ordered were presented incorrectly. 1 was overcooked and 1 was just the wrong steak entirely. The overcooked steak was returned and replaced 25mins later which everyone was already finished with their meal so that steak was boxed and removed from the ticket. 2nd steak was the wrong steak entirely. The sides were decent no standouts and the service was slow even while business was slow.
