    The food is over standing, but it’s so laud that you can’t chat with your family and friends, the service is excellent and it’s true that the steak is awesome.

    Hostess was the rudest employee I have ever experienced at any restaurant, let alone a high line steakhouse. How she is employed here is beyond me. Set a negative tone for what should have been a pleasant New Year’s Eve dinner.

    Our waiter was wonderful as was our meal. Only issue was with the two hostess's. They definitely need additional training on how to treat customers. We arrived early but were unable to be seated. When asked about going to the bar we were told no. It was very weird that you couldn't go to the bar and have a cocktail while waiting for your table.

    Overall the food was good. Only wish the kitchen could get a baked potato out to the table hot.

    Reception was rude and unwelcoming; Chelsea and others at bar were fantastic, waitstaff was forgetful for several items but kind, food was good

    The service was extremely poor. In addition when notified of an egg allergy including salad dressings, the wait staff brought out a salad dressing that contained egg. It took over 25 min for the correct salad dressing to be brought to our table. The wait staff was not attentive and the food took an extended period of time. When an allergy is mentioned to waitstaff this should be treated with attention and care. This was not something we expected from a Ruth Chris steakhouse especially on New Years Eve. Extremely disappointed. Do better.
