My Wife and I ordered the Porterhouse for 2. It was cooked perfectly, and one of the Best Steaks I’ve ever Had!

Valentine’s Day reservation. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get table, which wasn’t bad. Waiting room has comfortable couches and chairs as well as a fireplace that was on. They had a quartet of singers who serenaded me and my girlfriend which was cute. Ordered NY Strip and Filet, I would say the NY Strip was cooked better, my filet despite being medium rare was tougher than what I would expect. Very good bread, very good creme brulee, french fries were good but nothing special. Overall bill was just under $200, which isn’t bad for a date night.

Roth’s Chris is always consistently amazing! The place was packed and the noise level was still not awful and nothing about the experience was different. We had excellent service with Bobby and the food was wonderful and didn’t take forever! Everyone was so nice even though they were busy and probably exhausted. Hands down one of the best restaurants!

The Ruth Chris Steak House in Midlothian is, in my opinion, one of the best in the chain. This is the third year in a row that we have gone to RCSH for Valentines Day dinner and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere including a wandering quartet and pianist playing dinner music to the meal and service is top notch. Our server was Brigitta and she is both professional and personable. The manager stopped by to check on us as he did to many tables which is a great way for them to check on any problems ahead of time. No complaints from us and we will be back.
