    Our server Josh was amazing! Food was great as well, just wished this location offered the flaming oysters and carrot cake.

    Valentine’s Day at Ruth’s Chris – Ponte Vedra I visited Ruth’s Chris in Ponte Vedra for the first time on Valentine’s Day, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The complimentary valet service was a nice touch, and they even handed out roses, which made the night feel extra special. Our server, Terrence, was outstanding—very knowledgeable and attentive. When I ordered my meal, he initially told me they were out of the sweet potato casserole, but after I asked him to double-check, he was able to secure one for me, which I really appreciated! Everything I ordered was excellent, and I finished the night with a delicious crème brûlée for dessert. Overall, the service, ambiance, and food were top-tier. I’ll definitely be back!

    We had the best Valentine’s Day dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Ponte Vedra, FL. The service was amazing and food was great!

    I have been to Ruth’s Chris all over the US. The Ponte Vedra location is the worst. Every time I go here there is a problem. I decided to give it another chance. I wish I did not. I will never go to this location again. If in Jax, go to the Riverplace Blvd location. I have always had a great experience there. Problems: no water refill, no steak knives, main course came with the app, had to crack the carb claws on the seafood tower myself, no drawn butter, table not cleaned between courses, outback streak house service.

    Had reservations for Valentines dinner. Everything was perfect. The women received a red rose upon arrival. The service was excellent. In spite of it being Valentine’s Day we never felt rushed and enjoyed a delightful evening. And as always the food was second to none.

    Ordered a rib eye to go (after our dinner). Steak was raw and ended up cooking a $83 ribeye in the microwave

    Oh, my goodness! We told them when we made the reservations that it would be our 31st anniversary. They had our table ready with rose petals and a card from the staff. How wonderful! And as usual, our meal was perfection! Thank you, Ruth’s Chris, for a wonderful memory!

    Absolutely best restaurant experience I’ve had with my girlfriend. This is a high end classy place. Food was excellent and so was our waiter. Manager stopped by to check on us. Overall excellent experience.
