    My birthday dinner was excellent from cocktails to dessert. Service from Rakeeda and supporting staff was exceptional. We loved the veal ravioli and the heirloom tomato salad, and our ribeye was grilled to perfection. Thanks so much for a great celebration.

    Ruth's Chris is our special occasion restaurant. Excellent food, excellent service at a higher price than most restaurants, but definitely not the most expensive out there. Great for special birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

    We had a great time. I added to the reservation that it was date night and would like a few rose petals. They did just that at the end of dinner when dessert was brought out the waitress brought an extra plate with a candle that said happy date night that made dessert really special. It’s the little things. The manager also checked on us to make sure dinner was good and again our waitress was overall attentive.

    Our server was friendly and attentive. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the salads, sides and desserts were delicious. A lovely experience!

    There was an issue with a baby crying and screaming throughout our dinner. I complained to the manager, and he apologized. Later, thanks to the manager, the four of us were given a complementary dessert and after dinner drinks. I thought that was very thoughtful of the manager. In my opinion, no babies should be allowed in an upscale restaurant, but that doesn't seem to be the policy with Ruth's Chris Steak House. I will probably go to another restaurant, like Prime Rib, in the future, unless I receive notice Ruth's Chris changes their policy on babies.
