    This past Saturday my wife and I went to Ruth’s and II would like to say that we have been here several times and twice for our anniversary and never encountered bad service, but this night was terrible.Our waitress was name Victoria she started out with confusion about my allergies, after bringing out appetizers we was finished eating them it took over 30 minutes for our entrees to come and I let Victoria know that my wife didn’t have any clean utensils while my wife was waiting she began to eat some of her chicken dinner it took Victoria 15 minutes to bring the utensils I told her to bring us boxes and the check I was done. When we got home my wife wanted to eat her food when she open her box Victoria had put chicken bones in the box . I doubt if I will ever go back!!!!

    This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a nice restaurant. Our server disappeared for long periods of time multiple times. His tables around us were also looking for him, it wasn't just us. When he served our appetizers, a few fries had fallen into the Brussel sprouts which he proceeded to pick out with his fingers in front of us... We ordered several desserts which were accompanied by Strawberries which tasted like onion! We suspect the knife used to cut the Strawberries was used to cut onions and not washed in between? It took 45 minutes to pay our check. When we thought he was finally coming back with our credit cards, he searched his pockets in front of us looking for them. He had left our credit cards at the computer after charging them 20 minutes prior. The worst of all is that he didn't acknowledge any of this. There was no apology and no attempt to make it right.

    They were extremely busy even with reservations had a wait. I will say this is rare for them as I frequent them often. I put in my reservation no two seat table as I always feel like the food space is not enough. We we sat at the long both seat with another group having a party celebration. Not the intimate setting I wanted.

    They are completely understaffed. We spent 3 hours at a table in the upper bar. I felt so sorry for the waiter.

    Food was excellent. Service was somewhat hit and miss and slow (long stretches with no server attention … e.g. empty drinks, slow dessert service … one dessert delivered and rest so long afterwards that the first one was already eaten ). Surprised to see an automatic gratuity on a table of 5 people. It may have been on the menu, I did t look close enough to say.

    Loved the ambiance, the food and the way it was presented. Our two waitresses were wonderful. This was a Holiday celebration WTH some old friends!

    We had Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth Chris. Service was very slow, but we were not in a hurry. The food was OK. We had a steak, salmon and lobster tails. The lobster tails were not great. The salmon which I ordered without butter somehow came out without shrimp and without the sauce so I had to send it back. My brother steak for $69 and baked potato for $14 was good but that seems a bit much.  probably would not have Thanksgiving dinner again here. I do really love the shrimp that come with the salmon though which is why I ordered that dish.

    Traditional Thanksgiving meal. The food was good but was served lukewarm. It was exceptionally busy and we waited about 15 minutes for our dinner to be cleared and boxed. Our server was great and was doing her best to keep up with all her tables. This was our 4th Thanksgiving at RC. It's close by, but it is really quite expensive.
