My appetizers was delicious,but cool the soup pretty salty and the pricing is $$$ and even though that I did a reservation I have to wait 30 minutes to be seated.

The waitress Serenity was lovely once again. Everything about the experience was lovely . Food was great and the service was even better. We will definitely be back.

Service was fantastic-request Eddie who was our server! Victoria was the floor manager who was so kind to come over to our table to greet us and took care of a slight issue with our steaks -no complaints though as we couldn’t have been more pleased with the hospitality of Victoria, Eddie and the entire wait staff. The food was superb! Filet mignon, mushrooms and French onion soup were out of this world! Thank you Ruth Chris staff of Orlando!

I order the Ruth’s chioce 6oz filet with a salad and side. The steak was mediocre at best. I made better at home. It was not the quality or taste I expected from Ruth Chris 😟

Overall experience was good. Waited at the desk for a host , but took almost 5 minutes for a gentleman to appear. It was 5:20 and our reveries 5:30. He told us to have a seat it will be a few minutes. Place was almost empty. Then he left again. He came back a few minutes later, and another party had been waiting. He knew the man in the party and talked for 5 minutes without even looking at us. The another man came forward who had been waiting behind the guy’s group he was talking with. He interrupted and asked for a table for 5, and he asked do you have a reservation? The man said no. He said we’re full if you want you can eat in the bar, and there’s booths to accommodate 5 people. He started talking to the man he knew again, until the man said well I’ll let you get to it, and walked over to his friends. They used to work together before from what he said. It was like old home time. Then a young lady came to get us and was extremely pleasant. As was our waiter. The food was all great except the asparagus was hard and pithy. We told the waiter and he said he wax going to the it off the bill. However he did not. But all was wonderful, with the exception of the host. He was a very large man and his shirt buttons looked like they were going to pop. He’s no one who I would want at my front door. Because of his attitude. The rest of the staff was fabulous. And paying for the asparagus was no biggie.

This was dinner for my husband’s 70th birthday. He loves Ruth’s Chris and had been anticipating the dinner for quite awhile. When we arrived, was seated at back of restaurant near the wine storage area. Waited a while to be waited on, took me asking for that to prompt service. Started order and was told they no longer served lobster bisque, my husband was not happy, it’s one of his favorites. I wanted 6 ounce fillets, even though they have them available with a fixed price menu, they wouldn’t give me 6 ounce ala carte even if I paid for the 8 oz. Finally, husband ordered a specialty dessert coffee, it came after our dessert was gone, we had to ask twice about it. Overall, not the experience we always enjoyed in the past.
