Room is equipped for A/V.Our Sunset Dining room seats a maximum of 65 guests for social events and up to 50 for presentations and seminars. As always the food was excellent, but the service this evening was not the usual. The waitstaff was obviously overwhelmed, and as such service was slow and sporadic. We have a feeling it had to do with lack of available employees. Our server, Nate, did the best he could. Other than that, the table was set beautifully for our birthday dinner, with glitter and a nice card. I hope things can be turned around.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Ruth Chris. Food, service has always been amazing. Also, I have been going to Ruth Chris over 10 years because I’m obsessed with Mac and cheese and Ruth Chris had the best. A few years ago they changed the recipe and now I barely want to go because the Mac and cheese is so bland. I 100% dislike the Mac and cheese. The chicken and everything else is always good. I won’t be coming back for a while because I want good Mac and cheese and Ruth Chris now has the worse tasting Mac and cheese a steakhouse can have. Sorry but please bring back the original recipe

I took my husband out for his birthday dinner and made reservations in Northbrook because we were in town for personal reasons. Willie was our server and was sooo personal and warming! LouAnn was our hostess and was amazing and very welcoming! The manager was amazing and very welcoming! We both had an excellent dining experience and hopefully be back in town soon! Thank you all for a lovely celebration of my husband's birthday!!! 🎈 🎂😁😇😋

The customer service was simply amazing. We were celebrating my daughters 25th birthday. They also provided her with a custom menu along with a birthday card. We had an awesome waiter who knew the entire menu without looking at it. He was able to take all of our orders and remembered every order without writing a thing down it was absolutely amazing. I recommend this place to everyone and the food was a 10 out of 10.

Everything was enjoyable. I had salmon but I wish I ordered the stuffed chicken instead. The salmon was over cooked.
