    Service was outstanding! They decorated the table for my birthday (we didn’t even tell them it was my birthday!) and they had roses for all the ladies for Valentines Day! Food was amazing!

    The service and food were excellent. A little pricey but overall decent value. We will definitely be going back. .

    Our server Will was amazing and offered many suggestions. He made us feel right at home. Great food. Great experience!!!

    I was very concerned when we entered the restaurant the waitress asked my date to remove his hat-we asked why and the hostess did not give us an explanation- but he removed his hat! Secondly, we were move to the back of the restaurant in a big room and we noticed the room was filled with African Americans- after we were seated- all the blacks - we all looked at each other thinking the same thing- I waited to see if anymore blacks would be seated back there and yes the next couple came in were black- so I asked for the CEO and told him my concern and he was so stoic and acted like he didn’t care! I actually wanted to leave- I will never go back to that restaurant and afterewards I read an article where a famous rapper went there this summer and experienced the same thing!

    Our favorite go-to place! Didn't disappoint. We split the steak and lobster prix fixe with 11 oz filet - perfect in every way. Our server Michelle was attentive and charming! No need to go anywhere else for steak!

    What a difference a week makes. We ate here last week everything was great, this time the Chef forgot how to cook steaks. Both myself and my stepdaughter ordered the filet Medium, we sent the steaks back twice both times cooked Medium WELL. Came Went and Ate without what we came for STEAK. Answer to the biggest question not worthy of a return visit. Goodbye Ruth Chris

    As always the food was excellent, but the service this evening was not the usual. The waitstaff was obviously overwhelmed, and as such service was slow and sporadic. We have a feeling it had to do with lack of available employees. Our server, Nate, did the best he could. Other than that, the table was set beautifully for our birthday dinner, with glitter and a nice card. I hope things can be turned around.

    I’ve always been a huge fan of Ruth Chris. Food, service has always been amazing. Also, I have been going to Ruth Chris over 10 years because I’m obsessed with Mac and cheese and Ruth Chris had the best. A few years ago they changed the recipe and now I barely want to go because the Mac and cheese is so bland. I 100% dislike the Mac and cheese. The chicken and everything else is always good. I won’t be coming back for a while because I want good Mac and cheese and Ruth Chris now has the worse tasting Mac and cheese a steakhouse can have. Sorry but please bring back the original recipe
