Room is equipped for A/V.Our Sunset Dining room seats a maximum of 65 guests for social events and up to 50 for presentations and seminars. This visit was like all the other times I've been to Ruth's - absolutely perfect, impeccable, top-notch, and the best steak dinner I've had or ever will have in my life! Living in the Chicago area affords me the opportunity to eat at some of the world's best steakhouses, and I have and also loved every bite, but Ruth's Chris is always the top for me in every aspect of the experience. Everything from the moment I walk through the front doors until I'm going to my car to go home has been impressively thought out, making sure not only myself but everyone else coming through the doors has that next-level experience the same as I did. There's never anything really left to chance during your visit, whether you are a regular, only visit for a birthday or holiday, or even your first experience, you should expect exactly what you receive from Ruth's: a world-class restaurant delivering a world-class dining experience with the best you may ever have in your life - at least until the next time you dine at Ruth's Chris and your expectations surpass your last visit! Two thumbs up for me, and I hope for those who are reading this you will enjoy your Ruth's Chris experience even more than I did. 👍👍

Full disclosure, I am an industry DO, for top steakhouses. I also love this restaurant. I am often jealous after eating here because they do do such a good job. First, our server, who was on her first solo shift, Brittani, was absolutely the bright spot of the night. As was our hostess. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Table and menus were extra special. Those little touches go a long way. Dessert was a nice touch as well. Thank you so much. Now for the problem. Cowboy ribeye was not good. As I have said in the beginning, I know steak. I always get medium here and it always comes out juicy pink. This was very medium well and it did not have the extra butter I ordered. So disappointed. Your next question, why didn’t I say something? Well there was zero chance I was going to ruin our server’s first day. Not a chance. Our industry needs humans like her. Big smiles, wonderful Spiel and all around nice. Anyway, so disappointed the star of the show, meal, just never showed. Please do not post publicly

Over cooked steak but took it off the bill. Although Great service and corrected it by removing it off the bill.

We were there to celebrate our 41st anniversary. Brittani G. was our server. She was excellent!! Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious as always. Our steaks were perfectly cooked. The lobster bisque was wonderful. We will definitely return!!

Food was outstanding and the wine paired well with it. Petite filet is still quite filling. Those mushrooms on the side that we ordered were absolutely perfect for enhancing the whole experience. So good.

Understaffed - resulting in long wait to be seated, and eventually served. We had to chase our order, and them we had - items missed or forgotten. Our waitress was in tears - so was so stressed.
