We have been here many times and this was the absolute worst experience ever. Started by great service by Makai the water and bread assistant who was fabulous. Waiting on our server for 10 minutes and that was by asking Makai for more bread and if we are getting a server. Finally Lexi showed up and asked if we wanted drinks? We all said we are ready to order. We ordered never saw Lexi again until after our order arrived and we were part way through. One of our sides came late and Lexi asked if there was something wrong with the side and is that why they replaced it? Confused we said we are just getting it now!! Obviously not paying attention. Lexi never came back until we were done, Makai continued water and anything we needed. Lexi stopped by after we were done and asked if we wanted boxes we said yes please bring us 2 boxes. After 10 min and no boxes Makai stopped by with more water and we asked him for boxes immediately came back and boxed our leftovers!! I mentioned to Makai what went on and told home he was great but Lexi is the worst server ! He said he would mention to the boss. Lexi back after all boxes filled and we were ready to go I asked for the check and she knew we were not happy. She brought the check back and gave us a dessert to go. Nice try but too late. A nice special evening ruined by terrible service!!!! Makai was awesome and Lexi ruined the night! We don’t go out often but when we do we like to go places that are special and we all felt very disappointed! When a server doesn’t care about the clients why should we come back!

Our waiter, Phil E was very professional and kind. We have had him before so it was nice to know that he remembered us from visiting the year before. This will likely become a tradition for us especially with the kindest people serving us.

Everything was outstanding, from the preplanning to the execution of the dinner, all of our requests were met. Staff was awesome and very attentive to all the patrons, they clearly focus on the experience of fine dining. All meals were cooked to perfection as requested, thank you to the entire staff!!
