    We’ve been coming here long before it was sold to the Darden Group. It has managed to stay good but has slipped just a tad. For the most part, it was good but the bread was black on the bottom and the potatoes weren’t done. For the price of the meal, burnet bread should never make it to the table. Service was slower than normal because it was Valentine’s weekend. Other than this, everyone was very friendly and the food was wonderful.

    Seated quickly, excellent service. Food took a bit longer than normal, but it was a busy evening. Salad, calamari, lobster and dessert was perfect as expected. Steak was lackluster. Steak just not to the normal standard in my opinion.

    absolutely loved the food and experience for our valentines dinner, food took a lil long but the restaurant was super busy so i understand, MOLINA is the sweetest manager ever she for sure made me and the other ladies feel welcomed and they were handing out roses, super nice !

    Having been to this Ruth Chris location several times before, we were disappointed in the quality of the food during this experience. Steak was completely charred across the top and lacked flavor. Lobster Mac & Cheese arrived to the table cold and tasted bland. However, the Sweet Potato Casserole was 10/10.

    I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews at places but I was extremely disappointed when we went for Valentine’s Day last night. We had never been to Ruth’s Chris before and we were both really excited. It started off on the wrong foot when we walked in all the other ladies got roses for Valentine’s Day, my significant other wasn’t offered anything even though we reserved the Valentine’s Day package. Then we both ordered the Petite 8oz Fillet with Shrimp and Mac&Cheese and Asparagus to share. The food was pretty good and we weee very pleased. But the entire time we were eating our main course we were out of drinks and our serving staff was no where to be found. And we also got an appetizer of Calamari and we didn’t get the chance to finish it before the food came out and they didn’t give us the option to take it home and they just took it away. Then after our meal was over they finally got us refills and when the waitress refilled my water it had brown chunks in it!! When I said something to her she laughed and said “Oh I saw that.” So like I said the food was very good and we were pleased but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE! I have been telling people we would’ve had better service if McDonalds served people. So therefore if your going for the food it’s a great choice but if your going for the service DON’T GO!!

    Had a wonderful date night here for Valentine’s Day. Wonderful ambience! Exceeding expectations handing ladies roses and passing hors d'oeuvres to those waiting to be seated. Service was phenomenal with Kiki as our server. We never had to request anything as she anticipated our needs and wants. We had the mushrooms as an appetizer, cowboy steak and salmon for our entrees. Our meals were delicious and the creme brulee was a delicious ending to our evening.

    First and foremost our service was impeccable. Very friendly and attentive! Food was good,but….. 1. Bbq shrimp was ok but a couple pieces tasted fishy 2. I ordered the 8 oz filet medium rare with the crab. I paid $14 extra for the crab which didn’t even fill up a small ramekin. The crab was really good, but it just wasn’t enough to warrant that cost. My state came out rare, and I had to send it back. Once it came back, it was cooked perfectly Would definitely return.
