We had birthday dinner for our friend and the entire experience was on point. Food Amazing! Service Amazing! Never had a bad experience the many times we have been to this restaurant.

We went for Magical Dining and ordered the steaks. This restaurant has always been among our favorite restaurants for steaks, and it did not disappoint. We plan to return again in the near future.

Have been dining at Ruth Chris for many years. This last visit was very disappointing. We normally get seated right away with Reservations but this time with my reservation I had to wait 30 mins for a table to be ready. I always thought of Ruth Chris as a nice dining environment; this last visit there were guest coming to dine in basketball shorts, t shirts and flip flops with baseball caps on like it was a regular Applebees or Chili’s which was very disappointing because it takes away from the atmosphere and tells your clients that you no longer care about dress code as long as there are people dining. Once we were shown to our table there were many dirty tables that needed to be bussed and as tables were finishing they kept leaving dirty tables and unmaid tables in the dining room. Our server kept forgetting things that we asked for and had to keep asking for them. Overall the food was still good but there are many more other establishments that I would visit for a nicer experience. It will be a while before I return to Ruth Chris Lake Mary.

I wanted to share my recent experience at this restaurant, where it had been a few years since our last visit. I was looking forward to celebrating my husband's birthday, and I had high hopes for this occasion. Knowing how seldom we get the chance to dine out with two young kids at home, I specifically requested a booth to create a more intimate atmosphere for our celebration. Unfortunately, we arrived to find that the restaurant was running 20 minutes behind schedule. As we walked toward our table, the hostess informed us that there wasn’t a booth available, which was disappointing. I wish this detail had been communicated prior to our walk to the table. Once seated, I felt quite cramped, situated in the center of a packed dining room, where the noise level was overwhelming. It made enjoying our special evening difficult, so I requested to move to the bar area, which was indeed quieter. However, sitting in the bar didn't quite match the celebratory vibe we were hoping for. I do want to emphasize that our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. However, it seemed that she was overwhelmed, and there was a noticeable delay in our food service. It was frustrating to see two tables that arrived well after us receive their meals before we did. When we finally got our bill, I was left feeling disappointed. We had spent nearly $300, yet the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations. In summary, while our waitress was lovely and did her best, the combination of the uncomfortable seating, the overwhelming noise, and the service delays overshadowed what should have been a joyous celebration.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we hadn’t ate here in a few years so they helped us with the menu, it was my girlfriends birthday and everyone came over and wished her a happy birthday, we will definitely go back.
