    We had Thanksgiving dinner here. I don’t like chains and avoid them at all costs but couldn’t find a good local place open. Took a gamble on this. The Brussels sprouts were delicious and were the only thing that were served to us hot. Everything else was stone cold including lobster bisque so that tells me you’re not heating the pot enough. The pumpkin cheesecake was good. Service was terrible. Didn’t even have a glass of wine with dinner or the ability to report the cold starter let alone all cold mains/sides. The food was also bland. The drinks were good though. Will never return.

    Our third Thanksgiving in a row at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. All have been excellent. Great food and superb friendly service. Shout out to Char, our waitress, who has served us 2 of the 3 years. We will definitely be returning during the year.

    Our Thanksgiving meal was served cold and this was after we were warned by our server what the plate would come out at 500 degrees and we were not to touch it. I took one bite of turkey and it was Cold, I touched the plate and it was Cold, my wives was the same. A different server saw me looking around for our server and asked if everything was ok and I said our food and plates are cold. She snapped the plates right up and took them somewhere, a few minutes later our server brought the plates back and they still were still cold. I guessed I’ve learned to stick with steak when dining here.

    Service was extremely slow and for no apparent reason. People coming in after us got their food before we did.Dressing with turkey was very spicy and not good. Mashed potatoes seemed like instant, not real potatoes.

    This was our 1st Moët & Chandon Tasting Experience at Ruth Chris. Overall, this is a nice concept experience and the food menu items chosen to accompany each Tasting amount of Champagne, was wonderful. We did not know our party of 2 would be seated at a 4-person table with others - fortunately, our unexpected table guests turned out to be awesome (you might want to let ppl know this in advance however). I would like to offer a suggestion to Ruth Chris re: the 'Experience'. With a price tag pushing $350 for 2 people, this meal deserves larger than a 4oz filet. [$150 pp + tip] ESPECIALLY since Ruth Chris is a steak house. Our table guests were also very surprised at this. The four champagne samples were nice - but they were mostly sample sizes. The four course meal opening with a single crustini - and ending with a very small filet - seemed rather scant on food for the pricing. We enjoyed the evening overall, but did not feel this Experience was worth the cost charged unfortunately. With a few generous tweaks, it would be a great menu to repeat.
