The best I can say is our experience was average. It wasn't terrible, but not what is expected at a restaurant that considers itself top tier. The food was decent, but nothing that couldn't have been had a normal restaurant. The service was slow, however it was Valentine's Day and maybe they were understaffed. There are better options in the city, especially for the price range.

The steaks and such gratin potatoes were delicious. One of the best steaks I’ve had. Don’t skip desert here. All of them are extremely good. Service was excellent! Shout out to Jamison

Food is great. The way in and out and where the building sits and parking is a little awkward. But overall great!!! Will be back.

Fantastic experience, phenomenal taste! That sea bass was to die for! That lobster Mac-n-cheese - mmmm! Only thing - wish they had a coat check service in winter!

I took my wife there for her birthday and it was awesome. This was our first visit to this location. The service was excellent! The food was cooked to perfection. The staff went the extra mile. I would recommend your restaurant without doubt. Well done

Maybe it’s because I’m a bit of a foodie, but I resisted Ruth’s Chris for years because it felt like it would be corporate cooking. But after stopping in a couple times for a cocktail and being impressed by their wonderful concoctions and ambience at the bar, I thought, “Why not?” The answer? Because just as I suspected, it’s just a very corporate experience. The quality of the food was good but it was absolutely nothing to write home about. I was hoping for an experience like Charlie’s in Orlando, or Passion in Virginia Beach, but instead got (good) conference food. The service was so-so. The atmosphere left SO much to be desired-and we were seated at a table off of the dining room sandwiched by lots of other tables like we were at a lunch instead of a special evening dinner.. The steak was okay…just okay. . Four pieces of mediocre shrimp cocktail and a TERRIBLE dinner salad with just a so-so bread pudding afterwards. And the bill? Well that was the only thing that comported with my “high end” expectations. Sorry for the review, Ruth’s Chris. but I felt like this dining experience really had no soul.
