    Ruth’s Chris is just not what it used to be, after being bought out by another company. It’s basically an Outback steak now and just nowhere near worth the money. We tried it one last time last night because we had a gift card and a disappointment once again. There are much better options for “fine” dining!

    Great food as always. Enjoyed a very nice meal before the TN/Fla game. Was able to leave my car parked there during game…huge bonus as it’s only a short walk to stadium. The ribeye was delicious and the lobster mac and cheese is to die for. Highly recommend, but definitely comes at a hefty price.

    To start, I've eaten at this restaurant numerous times over the years. This is possibly the worst experience I've had from start to finish. First, one of the two guests was like 5 minutes late and I told the host who he was, be looking for him and bring him to our table. After 20 minutes I found him sitting by the host table. He had announced himself, yet they did not bring him back. D- The calamari when first brought out as an appetizer was burned, dry and unfit for human consumption. They prepared it again and again overcooked and not tasty at all. I've had it there many times before but never again. F The waitstaff while somewhat attentive brought out our main courses while our salad plates, soup bowls still on the table. We were asked if we could move them so they could serve the entrees. Never experienced that before. I suggested maybe they should have removed them before they brought out the main dishes. Novel idea. This lack of attention/detail continued throughout the meal. F After the steaks were served no one ask how they were cooked for like 10 minutes. The medium steak was medium rare, but she ate it anyway. D I'm eating there again this coming Friday and hoping for better results. Maybe this was just an off night, but certainly not worthy of the price point.

    Amazing dinner. Food was great. Chandler, our waiter was amazing. He made recommendations that did not disappoint. Also very personable. The support staff was also superb. Taking care of what we needed. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

    We had a wonderful dinner at the Knoxville Ruth's Chris. My wife and I had just experienced a hurricane in our home town and relocated to Knoxville post-recovery. After our ordeal we felt that Ruth's was our treat. The service was great, the food excellent as always, and a strong experience overall. My wife particularly likes the Knoxville-exclusive topping of seafood on her petite fillet.

    Outstanding food and ambiance! Steven is our favorite server and does a fantastic job. He is attentive, humorous and we always request his section!

    3 of us ordered medium burger all were burnt. Had to ask another waiter 2x to get waiter for us. We love Ruth, usually totally different experience.

    We were treated exceptionally well for our anniversary dinner. Food was wonderful but service was beyond excellent. We were very happy with everything. Would certainly recommend this restaurant to everyone we know. Waitress was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and very courteous
