Had an absolutely awful meal. Soup came out cold and then without lobster in lobster bisque, steak was overcooked and the manager ignore us. Last time we are going there.

My wife and I really enjoyed our date night at Ruth Chris! It is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service are phenomenal! The atmosphere was light and peaceful. Perfect for date night.

Waiter was very good .. 4 - 5 star no question Ambience, overall rating low due to .Redesign of interior had booths near service doors to kitchen, door was often left open and kitchen noise was louder than dining area, pots pans banging, could see into kitchen and are that was disheveled .. talon away from what I would have expected in a Ruth’s Chris dinner. Appears the staff knew this was not a desirable seating spot, so surprised they would seat anyone at first booth. Also was connected to Embassy Suites, so business casual dress code is irrelevant. Both Filets overcooked, both a medium and medium well order came out well done. Would rate fair to decent if it were a traditional hotel dining event, but much less comparable to what I’ve experienced at other Ruth’s Chris.
