    Our server Andrew and his crew took care of us big time. Food was spot on as always.

    We had reservations and they seated us in the bar area which would have been fine. However our table was kind of broken and it moved like crazy. We could barely touch the table and the whole thing rocked. It made it hard to cut the steaks. If they are going to use the tables in the bar area for reservations that’s fine but they shouldn’t allow other guests to stand around the bar unless they have a seat. It got so crowded of people standing around we kept getting bumped in the back of our chair. The service was alright. It seemed they were under staffed for Christmas Eve. Our waiter was running around crazy and we had to stop him anytime we wanted something even a refill on a drink. For the price we paid you would expect more attentive service. All that being said the food was delicious and we will be back but NOT to sit in the bar area.

    One Hosted not very friendly, she was annoyed that I wanted to seat at the main dinning room, even though I had requested it previously. This is suppose to be a high scale restaurant. The chairs were dirty with crumbs, we had to clean it ourself while one the hostess stood there looking at us cleaning the chairs with our palm of our hands. Didn’t apologize nor help. She waited for me to clean the chair and handed me the menu. There were silverware on the floor. No one pick it up . I don’t feel like I can stay and dine. I felt rush to finishes my meal. After spending over 400 dollars for 3 people I should be able to take my time. The only reason I will go back is because I love the steaks . I have a better experience at the bar with Rachel and Sally. If the customers are treated this way then the prices should reflect it.

    The crabcakes were to die for and the wedge salad was amazing. Definitely try the barbecue shrimp is an appetizer will be coming back. Love this place always consistent.

    We have been here a couple times and love the holidays there. This year was so disappointing. We got seated at the worst table by the server station. Our server Chris who had been there for 20 years was not good at all. We had to ask to order wine with dinner and then he never came back to pour our glasses. He totally forgot about us. We were then served the wrong food as our steaks were cooked differently. No one asked which was which and they just dropped the food and left. I had to ask for coffee after dessert was served. Just not the high level of service you would expect when spending a good amount of money. Will have to find another place unfortunately.

    Service was slow finished plates stayed on table. Steak was little today and grizzly baked potato was over done

    The only complaint is that the tile floor is SUPER slippery. Alcohol, high heels, slippery floor=danger. Fortunately for me, Arthur was a gem, he helped me to the bathroom and back to my table. I would have slipper for sure. The food was amazing, even my leftover plate, that I had this morning, was delicious. The staff was all smiles all around. I love when I try new places and they don’t disappoint.

    AARON AND THE REST OF THE SERVER STAFF WAS GREAT. DISAPPOINTED IN THE TASTE/QUALITY OF THE SIDE DISHES, SPECIFICALLY THE LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE AND CREAM SPINACH. ADDITIONALLY THE SURF AND TURF FILET AND CRAB TOPPING WERE BELOW EXPECTATION.

    The restaurant experience is always a wonderful event. Our only criticism is they did not honor earlier committment which cost us, or more accurately the waitress $50 in reduced tip.
